That’s why each year, we bring on talented students with a passion for product management and teach them how to research effectively, understand data, talk to users, analyze competitors, build a strategy, and create product solutions. Since we believe in jumping right in—you’ll have real assignments from day one.
Our top mentors provide close guidance and support throughout your product management journey. Upon completion of the program, you’ll become a full-time PM with additional mentorship for career development.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Open to all students in any degree (ideally in their third or fourth year).

Ability to work from the Wix Campus at least three days a week during the school year and five days a week in the summer (August-September).

Passionate about becoming a product manager and solving problems.

Curriculum overview
Depending on whether you’re starting your third or fourth year of study, the program is one or two years long and divided into two major parts: bootcamp and rotations. You'll learn all the product fundamentals from product research to product release.

Your questions, answered.
What kind of skills will I learn?

You’ll learn Product Management, including what to focus on, how to research effectively, how to understand data, talk to users, analyze competitors, build a strategy, and create product solutions like documents, mockups, and APIs.
Is previous Product Management experience required?

Not at all! Of course, some experience is an advantage, but the program is here to teach you how to be a Product Manager from the ground up.
What is expected of me during the program?

We expect you to do your best, stay passionate, learn, and be your amazing self.
Is this an internship or a student job?
(04)
This is a paid student job from day one. This means participants will receive a student contract for at least one year (depending on how many years are left of school) Non-students will receive a student salary for the first year.
Will the program be conducted online or in person?

The program is 100% in-person.
What happens after I graduate?

If you pass bootcamp and rotations successfully, you’ll join one of our companies as a full-time PM.
What happens if I’m not a student and want to apply?

You can apply, but since this is a student contract, you’ll get paid hourly up to 4 days a week for the first year of the program.
What if my application doesn’t pass?

Unfortunately, if your application doesn’t get accepted you will not move forward in the recruitment process. You can always try applying again next year or explore other career opportunities at Wix.
